My parfait of the other day? Well, with the leftover brownies (didn’t mention that I *also* made brownies for work yesterday—it was a good day *and* a busy day!) I decided to make a “happy Friday the 13th” parfait:
On the bottom layer today, fogging up the glass, is a toasted brownie. 🙂 I wanted it to have a good texture when eaten with fruit and yogurt, so… YAY! Toasted brownie, yogurt, strawberries, and a little All Bran topping for crunch. LOVE.

The soup-pot flowers are really perking up today!
AND: look what arrived in the mail!!
